This is a repeat of a reference in episode 1 of season 1 at 19:30. This scene is referencing Hoshi Hyuuma (星飛雄馬) from "Kyojin no Hoshi" (巨人の星), "Star of the Giants", a manga series written by Kajiwara Ikki (梶原一騎) and published from 1966 to 1971. Nyaruko's pitching form is referencing that of Hoshi when he does his special technique, "Dai Riigu Booru Ichigou" (大リーグボール1号), "Major League Ball #1". Images for reference:
"An exciting pretty league!" (21:35)
The Japanese line is "Doki Doki Puritii Riigu na!" (ドキドキプリティーリーグな!). This is referencing "Doki Doki Puriti Riigu" (ドキドキプリティリーグ), "Exciting Pretty League", a video game released in 1997.S2
"We were happy." (24:11)
"I will return to being a normal girl." (24:13)
Cthuko says, "Watashi tachi ha shiawase deshita" (私たちは幸せでした). Hasta says, "Futsuu no onna no ko ni modorimasu" (普通の女の子に戻ります). These lines are referencing Candies (キャンディーズ), a Japanese idol group active from 1973 to 1978.S2 In 1977, during the height of their popularity, they suddenly decided to disband. At this time, one of the group members, Itou Ran (伊藤蘭), said, "Futsuu no onna no ko ni modoritai" (普通の女の子に戻りたい), which translates to "We want to return to being normal girls". In 1978, they held their final concert, and at the end of the concert they said, "Hontou ni watashi tachi ha, shiawase deshita" (本当に私たちは、幸せでした), which translates to "We were really happy".
"Our 'Crawl! Nyaruko' is eternally immortal!" (24:20)
The Japanese line is "Waga 'Haiyore! Nyaruko-san" ha eikyuu ni fumetsu desu!" (我が『這いよれニャル子さん』は永久に不滅です!). This is referencing a sentence said by Nagashima Shigeo (長嶋茂雄), a Japanese professional baseball player who played for the Yomiuri Giants (読売ジャイアンツ) from 1958 to 1974.S2 In 1974, during his retirement ceremony, he famously said, "Waga kyojingun ha eikyuu ni fumetsu desu!" (我が巨人軍は永久に不滅です!), which translates to "Our Giants are eternally immortal!".
